Why Attend Each Camp?

Learning how to give & receive contact in hockey is essential to playing the game safely. It is also the key to developing the confidence needed to play effectively in games where checking is allowed. When players are confident they play faster, smarter, and more effectively.

Team practices during the winter season often focus on team systems and general positioning. This makes it difficult to develop individual skills needed for each position group. The Spring Position Camp provides time for players to focus on their specific position and the skills needed to excel at it.

The Summer Skills Camp allows players to focus on the individual skill sets of hockey including skating, passing, shooting, and puck handling. We teach these skills in a progression that allows players to improve rapidly and learn to use these skills at higher speeds by the end of the summer.
