2025 Spring Checking & Contact Clinic

Camp Details

Camp Schedule
April 7th, 9th, 14th, 16th, 21st, & 23rd from 6:15 to 7:15 pm each night 

Camp Purpose

  • Teach players how to give & receive body checks & contact

  • Teach players puck protection & shielding defenders

  • Teach players proper angling & puck separation

  • Increase players confidence & safety 

In Camp Development Strategy

  • Week 1 focuses on contact fundamentals at low speeds in small areas

  • Week 2 focuses on adding puck control & puck separation

  • Week 3 adds more speed to help players get comfortable with contact at close to game speeds 

Registration Information

  • Who can attend: This camp is open to youth players currently in 5th through 11th grade.

  • Registration Deadline: Early registration deadline is February 7th, 2025
  • Camp Dates: April 7th, 9th, 14th, 16th, 21st, & 23rd
  • Ice Time: 6:15 to 7:15 pm each night

  • Registration Fee: $240 per skater if paid by February 7th. Beginning February 8th, the price will increase to $270

  • Payment Options
